The Three Lines Dzogchen Teaching Set: 20% discount!
About the Set:
One of the principal teachings of Thorough Cut (thregcho) in the Dzogchen system of teachings is the
Three Lines teaching of Garab Dorje. Dza Patrul wrote a brilliant exposition of the teaching
of the Three Lines and a commentary to it called Feature of the Expert Glorious King. Later,
an excellent commentary to that was written by the third Dodrupchen About the Three Lines which
had the special feature of including an explanation of Direct Crossing (thogal). The best commentary
ever written to the Dza Patrul's text is the very long commentary by Ontrul Tenpa'i Wangchuk in which every
word in the original text is commented on.
This set of three texts forms a complete and exceptional explanation of the Three Lines teachings, one
that provides a practitioner with all the information needed to support oral teachings on the
practice. Clicking on the link for a text will take you to the full description

The Development Stage Teaching Set: 20% discount!
About the Set:
This set consists of the most famous titles explaining Development Stage in the Nyingma system (though
much of it is applicable to Kagyu, Sakya, and Gelug teachings as well). The text by Jigmey Lingpa is
one of the core texts of the Longchen Nyingthig system; it explains the Mahayoga system of deity
practice and includes the view especially of innermost Great Completion. The text by Dza Patrul
explains one of the key instructions of the whole of Development Stage instructions, an instruction
called Four Nails Pinning the Life-Forces. In the Longchen Nyingthig system it is said that
both of these texts must be studied together.
This set of two texts forms a complete and exceptional explanation of Development Stage practice, one
that provides a practitioner with all the information needed to support oral teachings on the
practice. Clicking on the link for a text will take you to the full description

The Zhechen Gyaltshab Thorough Cut Set: 20% discount!
About the Set:
Zhechen Gyaltshab IV, head of Zhechen Monastery in East Tibet, was famed for his deep
realization and great knowledge. His short writings on the practice of Great Completion
are very popular amongst Tibetans and greatly enjoyed by Westerners. We have translated
two of his writings, both explaining Thorough Cut (thregcho). The second text has not
one but two teachings in it, each one highlighting a different aspect of Thorough Cut so this
set of two books is more like a set of three. All three teachings convey a strong energy
of practice, which is another reason for their popularity.

Here is what Wisdom Books says about the set:
Padma Karpo Translation Comittee has published a series of fifteen books, each containing one or more
Tibetan texts in translation. The Tibetan texts were chosen for their importance and cover a variety
of subjects: refuge, bodhicitta, and the view in both sutra and tantra. The series also contains many
texts on the practice of Mahamudra and innermost Dzogchen. Most of the texts in the series are key
texts which have not been translated before. The author, the fully qualified Western lama Tony Duff,
selected the texts based on his extensive knowledge of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. His thought
was to provide profound dharma which has not been accessible in English, in high quality publications
specifically for practitioners. The books feature excellent design, attention to detail, and
better-than-usual papers, inks, and so on. The books also have beautiful colour plates showing
wall murals in Tibet which were taken by the author and have not previously been seen in the West.
There are two major savings with this purchase. Firstly, there is the 30% discount on the retail price
of the books. Secondly, we bundle all of the books together into one shipment so the shipping fee from
our office in Nepal is much lower than if you purchased the books individually.
Your shipment will be sent immediately by registered mail and will usually arrive in seven days to one
