Swayambhu, Nepal 1976.

Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) predicted:

An emanation of Chenresig's speech emanated from the Tushita Heaven
for the benefit of all beings.
The first incarnation, known as Düsum Khyenpa,
the one of mantrayana activity,
bears the black crown as a mark of empowerment
and as the head adornment of his group.

Each moment of His life
He guides limitless beings to enlightenment.
Anyone who sees, hear, recollects
or has contact with these Karmapas will, on leaving this life,
be reborn before Avalokitesvara (Chenresig).
